Metro serves the Illinois Quad Cities with 3.2 million rides each year, connecting people to jobs, education, and more. To showcase the everyday impact of public transit, MindFire concepted and executed the “Every Seat Has a Story” marketing campaign. These powerful stories appeared across social media, print and outdoor billboards, shifting perspectives and elevating the role of public transit in the IL Quad Cities.

Equipped with data that Metro riders relied on the transit to take them to work, we strategically crafted a campaign to highlight how the organization is a huge driver for the local economy. The result? The powerful “Driving Force of the Workforce” campaign. Messaging spoke towards the tangible economic impact that comes from connecting people to opportunities. By integrating this concept across social platforms, we delivered clear, compelling content that sparked meaningful engagement and strengthened the brand’s impact.
