The Network: Young Professionals of the Quad Cities recently awarded MindFire with their annual Best Place to Work award. The gang of Arsonists received the honor at the second annual YP Community Impact Awards at the Figge Art Museum.

The Network was created in January 2008 through a merger of two local young professionals organizations. It has since growing into a network of over 3,000 young professionals in their 20’s and 30’s from the Iowa and Illinois Quad Cities. The organization created the award to recognize Quad City businesses that attract, retain and engage young professionals.

“This particular honor means a lot to us, because we were nominated by our employees. We want this to be a great place to work, and this makes us want to look for ways to make this an even better place to work,” said Lynn Manternach, president and co-owner of MindFire.
